Admitted on Merit
Your examination results met the required pass mark for this institution, and you selected it as your first choice. You have been automatically placed here based on academic merit.
Transferred from Another School
You were originally placed at another institution based on your first choice, but due to limited intake capacity at that school, you have been transferred to this institution.
Transferred to Another School
You selected this institution as your first choice and met the required pass mark. However, due to limited intake capacity, you have been transferred to another school.
Application Under Review
You submitted a special admission application directly to this institution. Your application is currently being reviewed by the admissions committee. You will be notified of the outcome via email or SMS.
Admitted (Special Admission)
You applied directly to this institution through the special admission process, and your application has been approved. You are admitted.
Not Considered
You selected this institution as your first choice, but the required pass mark for admission was not obtained. You may consider applying through the special admission process if available, or contact the admissions office for guidance.
What To Do Next
If you have been admitted (Merit or Transfer In), follow these steps to complete your enrollment.
Accept Your Admission Offer
After checking your admission status on the Check Admission page, you will see an "Accept Admission" button next to your placement entry. Click it to confirm that you intend to enroll at this institution.
During acceptance, you will be asked to provide a contact email or phone number (at least one is required). This allows the school to reach you with important updates about reporting dates, payment confirmations, and other enrollment information.
Pay the Acceptance Deposit
After accepting your offer, you may be required to pay a commitment deposit (the amount is shown on your status card). You have two payment options:
Option A: Online Payment (Mobile Money)
If online payment is available, select your mobile money provider, enter your phone number, and confirm. You will receive a payment prompt on your phone. The system will automatically verify the payment once completed.
Option B: Upload Proof of Payment
If you paid via bank transfer or other offline method, upload a clear photo or scan of your payment receipt (bank slip, mobile money screenshot, etc.). Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF (maximum 5 MB).
Download Your Admission Letter
Once your payment has been confirmed (either automatically for online payments, or after admin approval for uploaded proofs), the "Download Letter" button on your status card will become active.
Click it to download your official admission letter as a PDF. You will need this letter when you report to the school.
